For detailing & automotive appearance businesses
The customer, the conversation and the next step—together.
Gradia brings customer records, vehicles, conversations, quotes and calendar into one CRM. One Gradia Agent is being built to help move a lead from inquiry toward a booking—with you in control.
We're preparing a controlled pilot. Features and channels will be enabled as they pass verification.

What Gradia is for — and what is still being verified.
Screens below are product previews with sample business data. Pilot channels are enabled only after setup and verification.
CRM
Customers, vehicles, pipeline, quotes and calendar.
These screens are the core product. They are shown as a product preview with sample business data — not as proof that every shop workflow is already accepted.
The CRM is designed to remain useful with the Agent turned off.

Gradia Agent
One Agent from inquiry through booking.
The intended loop: capture the inquiry, get the details, prepare the quote, arrange the booking, keep the record current, then prepare an individual confirmation, reminder or check-in.
This is the pilot's intended workflow, not an already running service for every shop.

Why Gradia
The customer and the next step, in one place.
Gradia is an AI-powered CRM for appearance businesses — not a payment processor, and not a complete shop-management suite.
The record
One CRM for the customer, conversation, quote and calendar
Approved by you
The Agent
Gradia prepares the next step. Customer-facing actions start with approval required
The shop
Detailing, coating, PPF and tint — solo or team, one location or mobile area
Control
You decide what goes out.
Connecting SMS, a website form or Meta Lead Ads does not turn on every action. Each channel is enabled after verification.
Approval required (default)
Customer-facing actions start with approval required. Gradia prepares drafts and next steps. You review, edit or hold — nothing sends until you approve.
Planned per-action controls
The finished controls will let the owner enable specific actions within defined rules. Connecting a channel does not automatically allow every action on it. This is planned, not claimed as live across every path today.
Not in the initial MVP
Payments, deposits, invoicing, point of sale and full work orders are out of scope. Bulk win-back and review-request campaigns are also outside this release.
FAQ
Honest answers.
What owners ask before they start.
What is Gradia?
Gradia brings a detailing business's customer records, vehicles, conversations, quotes and calendar together, with one Agent to help move leads toward appointments.
Can I use it today?
We're preparing a controlled pilot. You can request access now; access and available features will be confirmed before onboarding.
Does Gradia send messages or make bookings without asking?
Customer-facing actions start with approval required. The planned controls allow the owner to enable specific actions within defined rules. Connecting a channel does not automatically allow every action on it.
Which channels will the pilot support?
The initial pilot is planned around SMS, website forms and Meta Lead Ads. Each channel must pass setup and verification before it is enabled. Email follows acceptance of its inbox and reply flow. Inbound phone reception follows real-call and forwarding checks.
Does Gradia take payments or manage work orders?
Payments, deposits, invoicing, point of sale and full work orders are not included in the initial MVP. Its focus is the customer inquiry, quote, booking and individual follow-up.
Is there a free trial?
No free trial is offered. Pricing and pilot terms will be shared before you commit.
